Support Services

As an IBM Business Partner, Technology Associates is an authorized Tier 1 and Tier 2 support provider. We offer this support to our customers upon initial purchase of any of the IBM Maximo suite of products, and as part of the Annual Customer Support package. Experienced and knowledgeable support staff are available to assist with any functional or technical issues. In addition, our ability to immediately escalate the issue within IBM Support, should the need arise, ensures that help is provided as quickly as possible.

Technology Associates’ Product and Services Support

Knowledgeable support technicians provide support via telephone, fax, and e-mail, to help you use our products more effectively. We will immediately address software questions and data problems encountered while using custom developed products and add-ons to Maximo® software, and advise clients about their training and consulting requirements.

Extended Support Services

If you have the need for extended support of Technology Associates’ products or Maximo, we can provide you with options specifically suited to your needs. These services are available on a short-term or extended basis.
