As the client becomes more confident in their abilities the Mentoring cycle moves to Quarterly or Semi-Annual on-site support and with associated Monthly Status Calls. The focus of Mentoring also shifts from basic support to advanced administration and data analysis.
Training
Technology Associates offer Product Based Training, similar to that offered by software vendors as well as Role Based Training. Role Based Training classes focus on the Client’s processes, data and configuration. Instructors develop a Client Specific Training Guide, Quick Reference Materials and Training Classes are conducted by function (Technician, Purchasing, Planner, etc)
