The Asset Management Services Team at Technology Associates measures Infor EAM Project Success across four dimensions:
Vision
For every engagement, regardless of duration or complexity, Technology Associates will work with the client to establish the goals of the subject engagement and how those goals interface to the Clients overall Asset Management Vision. Throughout the engagement we will regularly verify our work products are enabling our clients to achieve their vision.
Business Requirements
While Client Vision establishes the overall theme of an engagement, the Client’s business requirements drive deliverables. From scope development through training and Go-Live we will focus on our clients day to day requirements in developing the most usable solution possible.
System Development Lifecycle
Technology Associates has developed a System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) specific to the Infor EAM Product Family. The SDLC guides the implementation team through the project using standard forms, checklist, test scripts and procedures. This wealth of information allows us to focus more on the client’s vision and requirements and less on how to perform the project.
Project Management Framework
With roots in PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Technology Associates’ Infor EAM Project Management Framework provides a flexible guide for our Project Managers. Project Managers regularly monitor Scope, Resources, Schedule, Budget, Risk and Issues. The Technology Associates Project Manager will be a champion of establishing regular and truthful communication.
