Under this Maximo Assist Program (MAP), Technology Associates offers to provide a customer with software assist services on an as needed basis for the IBM Maximo product.
Assist services include the provision of assistance with any functional or technical requirements related to Maximo – offering services not covered under the traditional Maximo annual maintenance support structure.
Scope of Maximo Assist Program Services
Technology Associates will assist the Customer in addressing Maximo requirements related to:
- Maximo Technical
- Maximo Functional
- Maximo Reporting
