Sacramento, CA, March 13, 2009 – Technology Associates International Corp. (TAIC) announced today that William “Skip” Heise has joined the company as Director, Geospatial Technology Solutions.
In this position, Skip will be responsible for our expansion in the geospatial technology market with focus on the State / Federal Government and Private Sector verticals.
Prior to joining Technology Associates, Skip was a Program Manager at EMA Inc. and a Managing Consultant at ESRI.
Skip brings over 15 years consulting, business development, and management experience to Technology Associates. Skip is considered expert in the design, implementation, and integration of enterprise Geographic Information System technology for government and private sector organizations. He specializes in enterprise GIS implementation and integration with work and asset management systems, primarily the IBM Maximo suite of products.
