Asset management programs are a living product and as such need to be reviewed at regular intervals. Technology Associates can provide that process for any organization by using our ‘Asset Management Program Readiness Review’ procedure.
Technology Associates has created a procedure for reviewing how an organization’s asset management program compared to management expectations and how others are doing within specific industry groups.
The readiness review procedure consists of tasks such as:
The first task is a set of intense group interview that normally take two days. The information gathered at these sessions is reviewed and further questions asked of the staff members as required.
The second task is to formulate this information into an asset management readiness report. The report consists of sections detailing the current status of the organizations asset management program, project team findings and finally recommendations for future consideration and implementation.
The Technology Associates project team will send the draft report to the client for review and comment. Once the client comments are included in the final report The Technology Associates project team will present the major finding to the client management team.
