MapWorks™ a software product from Technology Associates, Geospatial Technology Solutions Group (GTSG), integrates IBM Maximo® Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and ESRI ArcGIS® technologies. Effective Asset Management requires complete, up to date and accurate information about the organizations assets, material, and work resources. EAM software is known for effectively managing work activities related to operating facilities and installing and maintaining tangible assets. GIS technology excels at managing the geographic location of assets and facilities and providing spatial analysis and map display capabilities. Both EAM and GIS support Asset Management practices and in order to get the most out of your technology investment they must be integrated.
